The challenge of the last 14 years: to build and develop a fully integrated manufacture and to be involved at each stage of the creation and production of the watches. Working closely with all the employees and keeping the “independent” vibes that animate everyone with passion. This is an ongoing challenge that keeps me motivated every day and on every new project.
Maintaining the same level of quality and innovation on each product and all our projects is the main challenge. Also, it is very important to continue to upskill our specialized watchmakers to guarantee the same level of excellence in our watches.
Creating our own resonance system was already a dream, which became true. This has opened up a wide range of possibilities for further developments. I think we can go even further in the way we use our patented clutch spring and let our creativity flow.
